Crafted for entrepreneurs who are building businesses that may some day be sold to family, employees or a third party, this workshop will be practical, interactive, and motivating. This workshop focuses not only on succession planning but also on helping owners structure their day-to-day operations, implement effective systems, and delegate tasks—making their businesses more attractive to buyers and more enjoyable to run.
