Over the past 40 years, Lauren Forbes has had extensive experience in a full range of business and has been a consultant from “start up” to expansions. Among her accomplishments, she owned and operated a retail store, a fitness club, and her own service business which included bookkeeping services, accounting/training and business coaching. Lauren has also mentored and coached many entrepreneurs. She uses real life examples in her presentations and her delivery style has been described as entertaining, thought provoking, and interactive.
