International Network of Michelin Cities (INMC) Corridor of Incubators

Think Internationally from the Start

The Pictou County Partnership is pleased to partner with seven host cities across Canada and Europe for a two-year reciprocal agreement that enables startups to explore and grow in global markets through the INMC Corridor of Incubators.

Driving Innovation & Sustainability Through Global Collaboration

Founded in 2017 by the City of Clermont-Ferrand, the INMC was created to foster joint reflection and collaborative projects among cities worldwide. Today, INMC champions innovation and creativity to lead the global transition toward sustainable development.

Program Process

Step 1

If you are interested in taking part in the Corridor of Incubators program, submit your application through the International Network of Michelin Cities website by clicking here.

Step 2

If accepted, you will travel to another host city for an exploratory visit (up to 10 working days).

Step 3

Participants will have a temporary residence for up to 5 months in a host city.

Benefits for Businesses

Businesses in the scaling phase that participate in the corridor gain privileged access to local ecosystems, including clients, partners, and investors, which can accelerate market entry and growth opportunities. By connecting with key innovation stakeholders, businesses are better positioned to form strategic collaborations and tap into valuable networks that support scaling their business. Additionally, immersion in the host city’s culture and economy provides a deeper understanding of local business dynamics and consumer behaviour, helping with long-term success in new markets.
