ELEVATE: Reaching Greater Heights in Business

The Pictou County Partnership’s Elevate Business Accelerator Program is a powerful initiative designed to support entrepreneurs as they improve and grow their businesses. This program offers personalized guidance and coaching to help business owners tackle challenges, explore new opportunities, and achieve substantial growth.

Program Format:

The Elevate program is offered through a flexible delivery model with the schedule tailored to participants’ availability.

The program includes personalized, one-on-one coaching sessions (typically one hour each), scheduled at a pace that fits the needs of business owners. Between sessions, participants will be asked to complete action items to support their progress. This will require a commitment of approximately 3–5 hours between each session.

Applications are now being accepted for participants with a start date in January 2026. Limited spaces are available!
