Learn how to maximize the value of your business and increase its selling price. This one day, in-person workshop will be facilitated by Wendy Brookhouse, Founder and Chief Strategist of Black Star Wealth and hosted by the Pictou County Partnership in collaboration with the Pictou County Chamber of Commerce.
Crafted for entrepreneurs who are building businesses that may one day be sold to family, employees or a third party, this workshop will be practical, interactive, and informative. All workshop participants must agree to a confidentiality agreement as part of the registration process.
This workshop focuses not only on succession planning but also on helping owners structure their day-to-day operations, implement effective systems, and delegate tasks, making their businesses more attractive to buyers.
