DESCRIPTION:This three-part\, in-person workshop series focuses on strengthening intercultural understanding in the workplace. \nIt is designed for employers\, managers\, and HR professionals to support the development of stronger\, more effective intercultural teams through inclusive and welcoming workplace practices. \nUsing a stepped learning approach\, participants will build knowledge\, skills\, and confidence over time\, with space between sessions to reflect on their own workplace\, apply what they are learning\, and return with questions that deepen the learning experience. \nSessions include: \n– Building Belonging in Organizations\n– Introduction to Cultural Difference in the Workplace\n– Exploring Culture and Conflict Resolution \nSchedule: \nSession 1: April 30\, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.\nSession 2: May 25\, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m.\nSession 3: June 16\, 9:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. (Deadline to register Monday\, June 8)
